NBESON heat treated Lanco Type Die Head are revolving type for the application to the hand-operated semi-automatic threading machines. The Die Heads provide accurate & trouble-free operation for long production runs. Constructed of specially- selected alloy steel (En 42 and EN 24) the NBESON Die Heads are recommended for threading up to class 3 tolerance. They have wide Treated NBESON Die Head is relatively small, repair are few and with use of NBESON Chasers, tool inventories and tool cost remain low. These are feature that provided the basis for economical threading operation with the NBESON Thread Cutting Die Head as comparison to Coventry type self opening Die Head.
