Hydraulic Thread Rolling Machine
Technical Specification
The 3 rollers HH-3R rolling machine operates hydraulically. The simultaneously and concentricity of three forces at 1200 assure stability of the work piece during the rolling and as a consequence the maximum geometrical precision of the work piece. The elimination of the support blade consents a better finishing of the piece and the execution of particularly delicate profiles. The machine is suitable for rolling pipes, lapping work, threading with a high class precision and for mass production of Scaffolding pipe jack and solid jacks screws etc.
The Maximum values specified above can not be achieved simultaneously.
Main Features
Powerful construction permits deep forming of threads, worms, serrations, knurls, rigidity & other simplicity : grade-1 casted hardened and duly scrapped slide, also easy adjustment of machines as well as tooling enables an unskilled labourer to operate the machine. Machine is very much suitable for mass production and best surface finishes.
EXTRA ACCESSORIES: All kinds of Thread Rollers, Work Rest Blade (Guide), Automatic Loader for Mass Production and other special equipments are available on request at extra cost. Machines are also available as per your specific requirements.
